Special School District (SSD) teachers are committed to providing an educational program that supports and empowers students of all learning abilities to excel to their greatest potential. You will be expected to have and continue to develop your understanding of the special education process and individualized instruction.

Our co-teachers are responsible for assisting teacher(s) in maintaining appropriate classroom activities and environment to ensure that all students meet or exceed learning and leadership goals.

We are seeking substitute teachers who are available between the hours of 7:30am - 4pm to support student learning and leadership in the absence of classroom teachers.

Our teachers have opportunities to lead, manage and execute projects and initiatives. They won’t just execute a predetermined vision but help to create the vision.
