Due to Weather Conditions: TLS will be closed Wednesday 2/19/25

We believe that our students deserve the highest quality instruction, which means our teachers need the time and support to become content and instructional experts. Our innovative staff model is designed to create a supportive, motivating, and sustainable environment for all staff. In order to build a sustainable work environment, TLS will provide on-going coaching and development, dedicated time for teams to collaborate. This will help ensure teachers feel supported and will prevent teacher burnout.
The Leadership Schools’ teachers spend approximately 60% of their time student-facing providing high-quality learning experiences and instruction. Our teachers also have ample dedicated time to plan and internalize their lessons, collaborate with collogues, receive coaching and development, provide students feedback on their work, and communicate with families about their child’s performance. Approximately 40% of each instructional staff’s time is spent planning, training, collaborating, or communicating with students and their families.
